Which designers do you sell?
My focus is on Hermes scarves, given their beautiful quality and story. However, I also feature select pieces from other brands that have been highlighted in my “As Seen In” videos or are equally exceptional.


Can you guarantee that each scarf is authentic?
I guarantee the authenticity of every item in the collection. Each Hermès scarf is meticulously inspected by me, drawing on years of expertise in identifying and evaluating these pieces. Additionally, every scarf undergoes a thorough double authentication process by Real Authentication, which I provide as a complimentary service to ensure complete confidence in your purchase.

Do you include a certificate of authenticity?
I will provide the certificate of authenticity from Real Authentication with your purchase as a complimentary service.


Shipping & Delivery

How can I track my order?
Once you order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your item’s tracking number.


How long will it take my order to arrive?
I offer complimentary UPS Ground shipping with all orders in the US. To follow your shipment, please use the tracking number provided.


I’ve entered the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?
If your order hasn’t shipped and you haven’t received a tracking number, please email

Is my package insured?
All packages are insured for damage, theft and loss until it arrives at the shipping address.


Where do you deliver?
I offer shipping within the US. For international shipping, please email
abigail@abigail-goodman.com for a shipping quote.


How much does shipping cost?
I include complimentary UPS Ground shipping with all orders.


Returns

Are returns accepted?
I cannot accept returns; all sales are final at the time of sale. If you have questions about an item before purchasing, please feel free to email or DM me and I will be more than happy to send any additional information or photos you need.
