Abigail Goodman Scarf Boutique sells authentic, consigned Hermès scarves and is not affiliated with Hermès.
All items have been authenticated by Abigail Goodman, ensuring every item is authentic. Abigail has authenticated thousands of Hermès scarves throughout her career and all items are guaranteed authentic.
All the scarves in the boutique are consignment pieces and remain the property of their respective owners. As such, I do not clean consignment items to ensure they are handled in accordance with the owner's preferences.
Each scarf is consigned from an individual collector. Some people consign multiples and other just a single scarf. Our consignors are located all over the world, but most are consigned in the US. If you are interested in consigning, send a message here.
All scarf orders are packaged in complimentary Abigail Goodman Scarf Boutique gift boxes with your personized monogram, ribbon and tissue paper.
Auctions
Where: All bidding takes place in the Auctions section of Abigail-Goodman.com.
When: Auctions are held every week.
- Multi-Owner Auctions: Open Monday at 6:00 PM ET and close Wednesday at 7:15 PM ET.
- Single-Owner Collection Auctions: Open Saturday at 6:00 PM ET and close Wednesday at 7:15 PM ET.

Each listing includes an "Includes" section that details everything included with the item. All included items are also shown in the second photo of every listing.
Every listing includes a "Condition" section that describes the scarf's overall condition, ranging from Poor to Pristine. Any signs of wear, flaws, or imperfections will be clearly shown in the final photos of the listing.
If you won't be available when an auction is closing, you can use the Automatic Bid feature.
Simply click "Place Automatic Bid" (the yellow text located below the "Place Bid" button) and enter the maximum amount you're willing to pay.
Don't worry, this is not necessarily the amount you'll pay. The system will automatically place the lowest possible incremental bids on your behalf, up to your maximum amount, until you are outbid or the auction ends.

Sign-up for email auction reminders here. An email will be sent at 6:00pm EST when the auction opens and 15 minutes before the 7:15pm EST close.
No, winning the auction does not mean it is yours. After the auction closes you will receive a payment link via email and only after payment is completed is the item yours.
Immediate purchase
Yes! Scarves available for immediate purchase can be found in the "Shop" section and purchased at the listed price. No bidding required.
New immediate-purchase scarves are typically added to the "Shop" section after auctions end on Wednesdays at 7:15 PM EST.
Shipping & Delivery
All U.S. orders have a flat shipping rate of $10.00, and international orders are calculated at checkout.
For added security, all orders are shipped fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. This helps ensure safe receipt of your package. If you are unavailable to sign, you may need to coordinate pickup with the carrier.
Once your order is in the carrier's possession, we are not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier
- Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
However, if you experience any of these issues, please contact us first at abigail@abigail-goodman.com so we can assist you in resolving the matter.
We will work directly with the carrier to file a claim, and any refund or replacement is contingent on the carrier’s resolution. Failure to provide requested information (such as proof of loss or damage) may result in the inability to recover a refund.
We ship domestic US orders with flat-rate UPS Ground, and international orders are calculated at checkout plus a handling fee for insurance.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control. If an international package is refused or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Once you order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your item’s tracking number.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days. To follow your shipment, please use the tracking number provided with your order.
If your order hasn’t shipped and you haven’t received a tracking number, please email abigail@abigail-goodman.com as soon as possible.
Returns
I cannot accept returns; all sales are final at the time of sale. If you have questions about an item before purchasing, please feel free to email abigail@abigail-goodman.com or DM me on Instagram and I will be more than happy to send any additional information or photos you need.
