Authenticity
This store is exclusive to Hermes scarves, given their timelessness, beautiful quality, history and Abigail's expertise.
All items have been authenticated by Abigail Goodman, ensuring every item is authentic. Abigail has authenticated thousands of Hermès scarves throughout her career and all items are guaranteed authentic.
Restocks
Scarf restocks happen biweekly on Wednesdays and go live on the shop portion of this site at 7:00 PM EST and each drop features a carefully curated selection of scarves. These items tend to sell quickly, so be sure to set a reminder. For more information and a restock calendar, visit the restocks page.
Shipping & Delivery
For added security, all orders are shipped with insurance and require a signature upon delivery. This helps ensure safe receipt of your package. If you are unavailable to sign, you may need to coordinate pickup with the carrier.
Once your order is in the carrier's possession, we are not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier
- Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
However, if you experience any of these issues, please contact us first at abigail@abigail-goodman.com so we can assist you in resolving the matter.
We will work directly with the carrier to file a claim, and any refund or replacement is contingent on the carrier’s resolution. Failure to provide requested information (such as proof of loss or damage) may result in the inability to recover a refund.
We ship domestic US orders with flat-rate UPS Ground, and orders to Canada and Europe are calculated at checkout plus a handling fee for insurance.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control. If an international package is refused or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Once you order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your item’s tracking number.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days. To follow your shipment, please use the tracking number provided with your order.
If your order hasn’t shipped and you haven’t received a tracking number, please email abigail@abigail-goodman.com as soon as possible.
Returns
I cannot accept returns; all sales are final at the time of sale. If you have questions about an item before purchasing, please feel free to email abigail@abigail-goodman.com or DM me on Instagram and I will be more than happy to send any additional information or photos you need.
