Shipping policy
All U.S. orders have a flat shipping rate of $10.00, and international orders are calculated at checkout.
All orders are shipped fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. This helps ensure safe receipt of your package. If you are unavailable to sign, you may need to coordinate pickup with the carrier.
Once your order is in the carrier's possession, we are not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier
- Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

We will work directly with the carrier to file a claim, and any refund or replacement is contingent on the carrier’s resolution. Failure to provide requested information (such as proof of loss or damage) may result in the inability to recover a refund.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control. If an international package is refused or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Please expect added costs typically between (but not limited to) 15-20% for VAT, 2-4% for Customs Duty and a $15-$30 Carrier Broker Fee.
