How to bid at Auction
Everything you need to know
a step-by-step guide
Before We Begin:
If you experience technical issues: Try logging out and logging back in. This usually resolves the issue quickly. If not, please email me. This is faster than a DM on social media.
There are two types of bids: Manual bidding and Automatic bidding. These are very different and explained below.
Log in
To bid, you'll need to log in or create an account. Tap the silhouette at the top left to begin.

This is the window you'll see to make an account
Manual Bidding
Step 1
Add the value you'd like to bid and tap, "Place Bid".

Tap, "Confirm Your Bid".

3. You will see a green confirmation reading, "Bid Successfully Placed". You will also receive an email confirmation.

4. If you refresh the page you will see a green bar that reads, "You are the highest bidder at...".
Outbid
If you are outbid you will see a notice that reads, "You have been outbid". You will also receive an email.
Automatic Bidding

If you can't be by your computer, let the system bid for you by tapping the yellow text that reads, "Place Automatic Bid"

Step 2
Enter the highest amount you’re willing to authorize. This is not necessarily what you’ll pay. The system will automatically place incremental bids on your behalf up to your maximum until you’re outbid or the auction ends.

Here is an example of the automatic bidding working. We can see two more bids have been added: One from our opponent and a new one on our behalf from the system. Our opponent bid $2,100, which increased our bid to $2,200 to out bid them, but we still aren't at our max automatic bid.
You've won
When you've won you'll receive an email notification with a button to proceed to purchase.
Please note: Winning the auction doesn’t finalize the purchase. Your item is only confirmed once payment is completed through the link. There may be a delay of 30 minutes or so between the time the auction ends and when the payment link is sent.
