La cunningly orchestrated composition of leather and metal, of rings and circles: a rose pattern set within the square of a carre. And then our eves focus and make out each element, whose repetition gives rhythm to the movement, soothing as much as intriguing. Spurs, stirrups, rein buckles and riding crops with three gold ferrules: the riding tack of the horsemen of the Cadre Noir of Saumur, that prestigious French riding school created in the nineteenth century, traces its bends and its straights.

- Twilly: small but mighty, use it like a typical scarf, as a bag handle, as a belt, and more.
- 45cm: this is the typical pocket square size, will fit around the neck like a bandana.
- 55cm: this is the bandana size typically printed in 3 colors to look like a traditional bandana.
- 70cm: this is a great option for petites and they are typically made out of a lighter weight silk than any of the other formats.
- 90cm: this is the classic Hermès scarf size. It's very versatile and if you're looking at any vintage photos, this is the scarf size that's worn.
- 140cm: the largest size of the bunch, almost reaching 5 ft. It's hard to capture the scale in photos but these are incredible as a lightweight shawl in the summer, or folded for a warmer feel in the winter.
- Shawls & Other Sizes: there are a few styles that Hermès does not make every season which are just as lovely and fit into this category.
