From The Hermès Fall-Winter 2021/22 Seasonal Scarf Booklet: Often known in popular culture as a panther, the leopard has always epitomised a regal and imposing presence. This now-threatened species is protected by a hunting ban in most of the countries in which its existence is confirmed. The Swiss artist Arlette Ess, who won third prize in the Grand Prix du Carré Hermes launched worldwide in 2019. has chosen to depict these big cats at rest, enjoying a well-earned siesta.

- Twilly: small but mighty, use it like a typical scarf, as a bag handle, as a belt, and more.
- 45cm: this is the typical pocket square size, will fit around the neck like a bandana.
- 55cm: this is the bandana size typically printed in 3 colors to look like a traditional bandana.
- 70cm: this is a great option for petites and they are typically made out of a lighter weight silk than any of the other formats.
- 90cm: this is the classic Hermès scarf size. It's very versatile and if you're looking at any vintage photos, this is the scarf size that's worn.
- 140cm: the largest size of the bunch, almost reaching 5 ft. It's hard to capture the scale in photos but these are incredible as a lightweight shawl in the summer, or folded for a warmer feel in the winter.
