Why I Love This Pattern: If you've been inside an Hermès store you've likely seen this mosaic on the floor when walking through the doors. Here it is, but taken up a notch in mousseline silk, but not only that, color shift silk also called Changeante. This fabric is giving copper all the way, from brand new, golden and glowing to that color shift gorgeous green patina. It's incredible and still has the original store tags. It also include a 2011 scarf booklet, which is when this motif was reissued.
Size Guide
- Twilly: small but mighty, use it like a typical scarf, as a bag handle, as a belt, and more.
- 45cm: this is the typical pocket square size, will fit around the neck like a bandana.
- 55cm: this is the bandana size typically printed in 3 colors to look like a traditional bandana.
- 70cm: this is a great option for petites and they are typically made out of a lighter weight silk than any of the other formats.
- 90cm: this is the classic Hermès scarf size. It's very versatile and if you're looking at any vintage photos, this is the scarf size that's worn.
- 140cm: the largest size of the bunch, almost reaching 5 ft. It's hard to capture the scale in photos but these are incredible as a lightweight shawl in the summer, or folded for a warmer feel in the winter.
- Shawls & Other Sizes: there are a few styles that Hermès does not make every season which are just as lovely and fit into this category.
