Why I Love This Pattern: This scarf beautifully captures the spirit of freedom and storytelling that defines the Roma people. There are so many myths and symbols woven into this design. Musicians, dancers, and animals gathering under a tree of life, all surrounded by the wheel motif that ties everything together. The wheel represents both the literal caravan wheels and the wheel of fortune, adding layers of meaning. And the nod to the legend of Sara, the Black Madonna, tucked into the bottom corner, gives it a depth that makes it feel like a piece of art and history combined. Size Guide
- Twilly: small but mighty, use it like a typical scarf, as a bag handle, as a belt, and more.
- 45cm: this is the typical pocket square size, will fit around the neck like a bandana.
- 55cm: this is the bandana size typically printed in 3 colors to look like a traditional bandana.
- 70cm: this is a great option for petites and they are typically made out of a lighter weight silk than any of the other formats.
- 90cm: this is the classic Hermès scarf size. It's very versatile and if you're looking at any vintage photos, this is the scarf size that's worn.
- 140cm: the largest size of the bunch, almost reaching 5 ft. It's hard to capture the scale in photos but these are incredible as a lightweight shawl in the summer, or folded for a warmer feel in the winter.
