From The Hermes Spring-Summer 2009 Seasonal Scarf Booklet: Provencal country scenes, abrupt cliffs, pine trees and majestic cypresses... The carré Promenade au pays de Cézanne portrays a stroll through the artist's dearest spots. Composed like a frame, depicting a border of different sketches, it is decorated with olive tree branches, the painter's favourite tree. In the middle stands the primary subject of his works, Mount Sainte-Victoire, topped by a tall Alep pine tree. On the right is shown Bibémus quarry, from where was extracted the characteristic yellow stone of Aix-en-Provence. Also portrayed is Paul Cézanne's atelier, perched on Lauves hill in the Aix-en-Provence region.

- 45cm: this is the typical pocket square size, will fit around the neck like a bandana.
- 55cm: this is the bandana size typically printed in 3 colors to look like a traditional bandana.
- 70cm: this is a great option for petites and they are typically made out of a lighter weight silk than any of the other formats.
- 90cm: this is the classic Hermès scarf size. It's very versatile and if you're looking at any vintage photos, this is the scarf size that's worn.
- 140cm: the largest size of the bunch, almost reaching 5 ft. It's hard to capture the scale in photos but these are incredible as a lightweight shawl in the summer, or folded for a warmer feel in the winter.
