Why I Love This Pattern: Zenobia, the powerful Queen of Palmyra (266–272 CE), was known for her bold leadership, intelligence, and beauty. After her husband's death, she seized power, leading conquests across Syria, Egypt, and Asia Minor. Her reign ended when Emperor Aurelius sacked Palmyra and took her to Rome. As a key Silk Road hub, Palmyra thrived with cultural treasures from Greece, Egypt, Persia, and China. Annie Faivre’s scarf delicately depicts the riches Zenobia left behind.
Why I Love This Size
The 140cm scarf is an impressive size, and its full impact is something that truly can’t be captured until you experience it in person. I love this size because it gives that signature Hermès look, and in cashmere, it’s perfect as a versatile scarf for fall, winter, and early spring. Plus, it’s a beautifully elevated way to carry a cozy blanket with you wherever you go!
