Hermès Fall-Winter 2023/24 Collection Website Description: The owl and cat watch in astonishment as a messenger for the gods of Olympus rides past. The fantastical scene takes place in the kingdom of Helios, the Greek god of the Sun who would fly up into the sky every morning in his golden chariot drawn by four white horses. Among the moons, clouds and shooting stars, Hermes, wearing his winged helmet and holding his caduceus in one hand, can be seen standing on an astonished planet, comfortably seated in his chariot, and riding his horse. Half-man, half-god, he calls to mind Jean Cocteau's creatures, or the characters created by Georges Melies. Dressed in his starry attire, he travels at the speed of light.
Size Guide
- Twilly: small but mighty, use it like a typical scarf, as a bag handle, as a belt, and more.
- 45cm: this is the typical pocket square size, will fit around the neck like a bandana.
- 55cm: this is the bandana size typically printed in 3 colors to look like a traditional bandana.
- 70cm: this is a great option for petites and they are typically made out of a lighter weight silk than any of the other formats.
- 90cm: this is the classic Hermès scarf size. It's very versatile and if you're looking at any vintage photos, this is the scarf size that's worn.
- 140cm: the largest size of the bunch, almost reaching 5 ft. It's hard to capture the scale in photos but these are incredible as a lightweight shawl in the summer, or folded for a warmer feel in the winter.
