From The Hermes Fall-Winter 2021 Seasonal Scarf Booklet: In tantric Buddhism, the "A-Un" signifies the beginning and the end of all things. This philosophical concept is embodied here in the complementary forces of a couple. The Japanese artist Kohei Kyomori, winner of the Grand Prix du Carré Hermes launched worldwide in 2019, pays tribute to Japanese culture and the traditional motifs used on kimonos. In his composition, the man's jacket is adorned with a tiger, the embodiment of courage, while a peony flower, symbolising the ideal, is positioned near his companion's braided turban.

- Twilly: small but mighty, use it like a typical scarf, as a bag handle, as a belt, and more.
- 45cm: this is the typical pocket square size, will fit around the neck like a bandana.
- 55cm: this is the bandana size typically printed in 3 colors to look like a traditional bandana.
- 70cm: this is a great option for petites and they are typically made out of a lighter weight silk than any of the other formats.
- 90cm: this is the classic Hermès scarf size. It's very versatile and if you're looking at any vintage photos, this is the scarf size that's worn.
- 140cm: the largest size of the bunch, almost reaching 5 ft. It's hard to capture the scale in photos but these are incredible as a lightweight shawl in the summer, or folded for a warmer feel in the winter.
