From The Hermes Website Description: A ceramic artist who has exhibited all over the world, not least in her native country of Portugal, Bela Silva nourishes her creativity with varied sources of inspiration. There is another dimension to her work stemming from her love of collages, which she creates with all kinds of paper gathered on walks and trips. In La Maison des oiseaux parleurs, the shapes have been cut out from accountancy ledgers found in flea markets, or from vintage wallpapers. Cut out, glued, livened up with drawings, these shapes come together to create a free and joyful scarf, inhabited by animals and heterogeneous objects assembled around talking birds conversing in their secret language.

Size Guide
- Twilly: small but mighty, use it like a typical scarf, as a bag handle, as a belt, and more.
- 45cm: this is the typical pocket square size, will fit around the neck like a bandana.
- 55cm: this is the bandana size typically printed in 3 colors to look like a traditional bandana.
- 70cm: this is a great option for petites and they are typically made out of a lighter weight silk than any of the other formats.
- 90cm: this is the classic Hermès scarf size. It's very versatile and if you're looking at any vintage photos, this is the scarf size that's worn.
- 140cm: the largest size of the bunch, almost reaching 5 ft. It's hard to capture the scale in photos but these are incredible as a lightweight shawl in the summer, or folded for a warmer feel in the winter.
- Shawls & Other Sizes: there are a few styles that Hermès does not make every season which are just as lovely and fit into this category.
