From The Hermès Fall-Winter 2023/24 Collection Website Description: In this design, Mamadou Cisse presents a vibrant, futuristic vision of Pantin. After leaving Senegal for France at the age of 18, this self-taught artist took several paths before he started to draw, sketching out his first pieces in ballpoint pen during night shifts in his job as a security guard. Seen from above, this utopian architectural landscape gives a sense of the town’s creative effervescence. Its colorful geometric scene seems to come to life before your very eyes.
Size Guide
- Twilly: small but mighty, use it like a typical scarf, as a bag handle, as a belt, and more.
- 45cm: this is the typical pocket square size, will fit around the neck like a bandana.
- 55cm: this is the bandana size typically printed in 3 colors to look like a traditional bandana.
- 70cm: this is a great option for petites and they are typically made out of a lighter weight silk than any of the other formats.
- 90cm: this is the classic Hermès scarf size. It's very versatile and if you're looking at any vintage photos, this is the scarf size that's worn.
- 140cm: the largest size of the bunch, almost reaching 5 ft. It's hard to capture the scale in photos but these are incredible as a lightweight shawl in the summer, or folded for a warmer feel in the winter.
- Shawls & Other Sizes: there are a few styles that Hermès does not make every season which are just as lovely and fit into this category.
