Why I Love This Pattern: The Pavois pattern, featuring flags from the kingdoms of medieval Europe, takes its name from the French word for “bulwark” or defensive wall. Yet, in this soft pastel colorway of purple, pink, and yellow, the flags take on a wonderfully whimsical feel, which I absolutely love. I have this one in my own collection in pink, and it pairs beautifully with everything—from contrasting shades like navy or burgundy to complementary tones that highlight the scarf's colors.
Why I Love This Size
The size 45cm is so underrated. It’s small, but mighty. It gives more of a casual bandana look when styled with the triangle in the front. Or when styled in a bias fold, more of an understated French look.
