From The Hermès Spring-Summer 1983 Seasonal Scarf Booklet: English rose, Scottish thistle, Irish clover, Welsh leek Hermès presented this bouquet to Queen Elizabeth when the Sovereign honored France with a second state visit.
From The Hermès Fall-Winter 1990/91 Seasonal Scarf Booklet: This scarf was designed in 1972 in honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, sovereign of the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth, a friend and ally of France, who sealed her friendship that year with a visit to Paris. The artist has taken the English rose, the Scottish thistle, the Irish shamrock and the Welsh leek to compose a French bouquet as a token of the affinity between two nations which in bygone days were so often at daggers drawn.

- Twilly: small but mighty, use it like a typical scarf, as a bag handle, as a belt, and more.
- 45cm: this is the typical pocket square size, will fit around the neck like a bandana.
- 55cm: this is the bandana size typically printed in 3 colors to look like a traditional bandana.
- 70cm: this is a great option for petites and they are typically made out of a lighter weight silk than any of the other formats.
- 90cm: this is the classic Hermès scarf size. It's very versatile and if you're looking at any vintage photos, this is the scarf size that's worn.
- 140cm: the largest size of the bunch, almost reaching 5 ft. It's hard to capture the scale in photos but these are incredible as a lightweight shawl in the summer, or folded for a warmer feel in the winter.
- Shawls & Other Sizes: there are a few styles that Hermès does not make every season which are just as lovely and fit into this category.
