From The Hermès Spring-Summer 2020 Seasonal Scarf Booklet: Located in Poland, in the city of the same name, Lancut castle has one of the most beautiful collections of horse-drawn carriages in Europe. Some of these carriages' harnesses were produced by the house of Hermes, which maintains close relations with the museum. Like many Poles, Jan Batlik has visited the castle many times since childhood. Having chosen twenty horse-drawn vehicles, the artist had fun cutting them in two and mixing up the halves as he pleased, like a game of exquisite corpse - or, in this case, exquisite carriages! Simply fold the scarf to join up the correct halves and reassemble the original vehicles.

Size Guide
- Twilly: small but mighty, use it like a typical scarf, as a bag handle, as a belt, and more.
- 45cm: this is the typical pocket square size, will fit around the neck like a bandana.
- 55cm: this is the bandana size typically printed in 3 colors to look like a traditional bandana.
- 70cm: this is a great option for petites and they are typically made out of a lighter weight silk than any of the other formats.
- 90cm: this is the classic Hermès scarf size. It's very versatile and if you're looking at any vintage photos, this is the scarf size that's worn.
- 140cm: the largest size of the bunch, almost reaching 5 ft. It's hard to capture the scale in photos but these are incredible as a lightweight shawl in the summer, or folded for a warmer feel in the winter.
- Shawls & Other Sizes: there are a few styles that Hermès does not make every season which are just as lovely and fit into this category.
