From The Hermès Fall-Winter 2017/18 Seasonal Scarf Booklet: This design by Greek artist Elias Kafouros plays with the artistic device of English fantasy paintings of the 19th century, in which people are replaced by animals. His compositions tell stories in which worlds collide, leading us at will from one scene to another. The artist sees his work as a book that can be endlessly rediscovered. This piece is an equestrian celebration of the Hollywood of the 1930s: elegantly dressed horses play their roles to perfection in this evocation of the annual Horsawards ceremony. Champagne flows, film reels unfurl and the cameras roll. The radiant winner, trophy in hand, makes his acceptance speech.

Size Guide
- Twilly: small but mighty, use it like a typical scarf, as a bag handle, as a belt, and more.
- 45cm: this is the typical pocket square size, will fit around the neck like a bandana.
- 55cm: this is the bandana size typically printed in 3 colors to look like a traditional bandana.
- 70cm: this is a great option for petites and they are typically made out of a lighter weight silk than any of the other formats.
- 90cm: this is the classic Hermès scarf size. It's very versatile and if you're looking at any vintage photos, this is the scarf size that's worn.
- 140cm: the largest size of the bunch, almost reaching 5 ft. It's hard to capture the scale in photos but these are incredible as a lightweight shawl in the summer, or folded for a warmer feel in the winter.
- Shawls & Other Sizes: there are a few styles that Hermès does not make every season which are just as lovely and fit into this category.
