Condition: In overall fair condition. Some areas of discoloration with example shown in second to last photo. Unfortunately this scarf does have a very tiny pin sized hole (show in the last photo), which I only noticed by holding this scarf in front of a light. It doesn’t effect the wearability.

From The Hermès Spring-Summer 1994 Seasonal Scarf Booklet: In this garden, the roar of a lawn-mower will never be heard: just a simple murmur, a gust of rum and happiness, the echo of primitive Eden. Beneath the hat, the bird and the grasshopper (woven of coconut palm fronds), we find the calabash that quenches our thirst, the green nut that is so delicious, and the fruit - inedible - of the bakuoua, whose leaves are also hat material. The frame of sugarcane serves here to mark the boundaries of paradise.
