From the Hermès Spring-Summer 2019 Seasonal Scarf Booklet: A marriage proposal on the Right Bank, a couple dancing on the Left Bank. On both sides of the Seine, love is alive in the streets of Paris, the most romantic of cities. A jogging couple head for the Tuileries Garden, two cyclists embrace near the Madeleine church, a pair of skateboarders meet up in the Quai de la Gare quarter... Pierre Marie pays tribute to Les Amoureux de Paris, the scarf designed by Maurice Tranchant in the 1950s. on which several famous couples stand out in silhouette against a map of the City of Light. Other times, other customs...The new interpretation is peopled by contemporary lovers straight out of everyday life.

- Twilly: small but mighty, use it like a typical scarf, as a bag handle, as a belt, and more.
- 45cm: this is the typical pocket square size, will fit around the neck like a bandana.
- 55cm: this is the bandana size typically printed in 3 colors to look like a traditional bandana.
- 70cm: this is a great option for petites and they are typically made out of a lighter weight silk than any of the other formats.
- 90cm: this is the classic Hermès scarf size. It's very versatile and if you're looking at any vintage photos, this is the scarf size that's worn.
- 140cm: the largest size of the bunch, almost reaching 5 ft. It's hard to capture the scale in photos but these are incredible as a lightweight shawl in the summer, or folded for a warmer feel in the winter.
- Shawls & Other Sizes: there are a few styles that Hermès does not make every season which are just as lovely and fit into this category.
